The previous blog concerned a cruelty case. Sadly this isn’t the only story. An injured dog was tethered to a kennel - by the same person who had tethered another dog to a park bench 18 months ago. Thankfully not all of our animals have been so mistreated. There can be many reasons why they end up with the RSPCA but all make wonderful pets once they are rehomed with a loving family. So its usually a very happy ending for most of them with full and eventful lives ahead of them.
