• Received 4324 calls of which about 1000 concerned wild animals
• Collected 1892 Animals of which over half were wild animals and nearly 8 times as many cats as dogs                   
• Gave advice to 851 people, twice as many for dogs as cats and nearly as many wild birds as cats
• And found 472 animals that had been lost
